Job Description


We are looking for a Contracts Consultant Supervisor to supervise the review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of commercial contracts while ensuring legal compliance and protecting the Company's interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements.
  • Identify contractual risks, liabilities, obligations, and unfavorable provisions.
  • Provide practical legal advice on contractual and commercial matters.
  • Support contract negotiations, claims, notices, and dispute-related matters.
  • Ensure contracts comply with Saudi laws, company policies, approved templates, and governance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain standard contracts, clauses, templates, and legal guidelines.
  • Monitor contract records, approvals, deadlines, amendments, and outstanding actions.
  • Coordinate with Business Units, Procurement, Finance, external counsel, and contracting parties.
  • Supervise assigned legal employees, review their work, provide guidance, and support their development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Sharia, or a related legal discipline.
  • 6–8 years of relevant legal experience, with significant experience in commercial contracts, drafting, review, and negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi contractual and commercial legal requirements.
  • Strong experience in contractual risk assessment and legal advisory.
  • Experience supporting negotiations with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
  • Strong legal drafting, research, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in a large, diversified, or corporate environment is preferred.
  • Experience across sectors such as Real Estate, Retail, Malls, Entertainment, F&B, Hospitality, Technology, Procurement, or Services is an advantage.
  • Experience supervising or guiding legal team members is preferred.
