Roles and Responsibilities:
Formulate and draft claims when needed.
Gather claims supporting documents in coordination with the project Contracts Manager from
departments and Projects as well.
Review claim events and analyze its integrity with the project's contract conditions.
Ensure claims solidness and issue recommendations to the Claims unit manager.
Conduct research and studies in all areas pertinent to the claim's management and preparations.
Collaborate with the claims unit manager to set the claim's strategy and objectives.
Prepare claim statements incorporating feedback from other disciplines.
Participate in claim negotiation and presentation to the client.
Qualifications:
Strong team working skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Communication Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline (as appropriate)
Fluent/Good English (written and spoken)
Excellent on MS-office package especially Excel
