Job Title: Control Technician (BMS & HVAC) Kuwait
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Control Technician to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and commission BMS and HVAC control systems
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation
- Diagnose faults in sensors, controllers, and field devices
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams for system integration
- Read and interpret control drawings, schematics, and sequences of operation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 25 years of experience in BMS and HVAC controls
- Good knowledge of controllers, sensors, actuators, and control panels
- Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
