We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven copywriter who understands how to turn content into results. This role goes beyond traditional copywriting — it's about crafting ideas, angles, and narratives that drive sales, engagement, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ad & Visual Copywriting
- Write high-converting copy for social media creatives and ads
- Develop strong product angles based on key selling points
- Translate product features into emotionally compelling hooks
2. YouTube Optimization
- Create scroll-stopping YouTube titles and thumbnail copy
- Develop high-CTR angles that increase click-through rates
- Collaborate on thumbnail concepts from a content perspective
3. Content Strategy & Ideation
- Generate creative video ideas aligned with different goals (sales, reach, engagement)
- Build content concepts that fit platform behavior (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Think in angles not just ideas (problem / desire / identity / curiosity)
4. Influencer Talking Points
- Develop clear and persuasive talking points for influencers
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives
- Guide creators on how to deliver the message naturally while maintaining impact
5. Scriptwriting
- Write engaging scripts for short-form and long-form videos
- Focus on strong hooks, retention, and storytelling flow
- Balance between entertainment and conversion
6. Performance Thinking
- Understand the difference between content for awareness vs. conversion
- Optimize messaging based on performance data and feedback
- Continuously test new angles, hooks, and formats
Requirements
- Strong understanding of direct response and conversion-driven content
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Deep understanding of Gen Z behavior and content consumption
- Ability to think in marketing angles, not just writing
- Experience working with creators or influencer campaigns
- Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram content dynamics
- Strong sense of trends, hooks, and viral formats
Bonus Points
- Experience writing for paid ads (Meta / TikTok ads)
- Basic understanding of thumbnails and visual storytelling
- Experience using AI tools for content ideation and generation
