Hiring: Conveyancer
Dubai | Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to manage end-to-end property transactions in line with DLD regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full conveyancing process from MOU to transfer
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, banks & trustees
- Prepare Forms A, B, F and manage NOCs
- Liaise with developers for clearance and NOC issuance
- Manage mortgage cases, liability letters & settlements
- Book and attend trustee appointments
- Ensure full compliance with DLD & RERA requirements
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE conveyancing experience (Dubai mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of DLD systems and trustee procedures
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
Only candidates with Dubai real estate conveyancing experience will be considered.
