Role Description

ShareSquare.ae is seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of property transactions, maintaining compliance with UAE property laws, and upholding the company's commitment to professional, efficient, and transparent real estate dealings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property conveyancing, including leasing transactions, and will be comfortable liaising with regulatory bodies such as the Trustee Office and the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Transactions: Prepare, review, and verify all legal and contractual documents related to property sales, purchases, and leasing arrangements. Ensure that all documentation adheres to UAE property laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Title and Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive title checks, coordinate due diligence processes, and confirm the accuracy and legitimacy of all property records.
  • Government Liaison: Directly engage with the Trustee Office, DLD, and other relevant authorities to facilitate smooth property transfers and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory procedures.
  • Leasing Conveyancing: Manage leasing agreements from preparation to registration, ensuring that all lease contracts are compliant with local laws and company policies.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding legal and administrative matters. Provide clear, professional guidance, answer queries, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the transaction process.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and management, to ensure that all property transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain organized and detailed records of all transactions, communications, and legal documents. Prepare reports as required to support management and regulatory audits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of UAE property laws, conveyancing procedures, and real estate compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience handling transactions at the Trustee Office and Dubai Land Department (DLD).
  • Strong background in leasing conveyancing, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to assess, draft, and verify complex legal documents.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in conveyancing, legal, or real estate roles is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with the UAE real estate market and local property regulations is highly beneficial.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
