Cook Arabic Cuisine
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Arabic dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Plan and assist in menu preparation for Arabic cuisine.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with store/purchase team.
- Follow food safety regulations and company policies.
- Support catering operations and bulk food preparation when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in preparing Arabic cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic dishes, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Experience in restaurant, catering, or hotel industry preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
