JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinate activities related to hydraulic fracturing operations. Manage schedules, documentation, and
logistical support to ensure the smooth execution of fracturing services and effective communication between
field operations and administrative functions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
u2022 Coordinate daily operations and schedules for hydraulic fracturing activities, ensuring alignment with
project timelines and resource availability.
u2022 Manage and maintain accurate records of fracturing operations, including equipment usage, personnel
deployment, and operational data.
u2022 Facilitate communication between the FRAC Department, field teams, and other departments within
the Pressure Pumping Division.
u2022 Prepare and process operational reports, performance metrics, and documentation required for
compliance and operational review.
u2022 Oversee the procurement and management of fracturing materials and equipment, including inventory
tracking and supplier coordination.
u2022 Provide logistical support for field operations, including arranging transportation and ensuring the
availability of necessary equipment and personnel.
u2022 Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets and financial records, including
tracking expenses and processing invoices.
u2022 Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all fracturing operations.
u2022 Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of
practice.
Generic Accountabilities
Operational Plans
u2022 Develop consistent and realistic long and short term operational plans for the Department in line with
the Division objectives and manage the implementation of the approved long and short term plans and
ensure they are effectively converted into its performance objectives to realise the Division Objectives
and established service levels.

Budgets and Operational Plans
u2022 Develop and manage the Department annual budget in line with the Divisionu2019s business objectives and
operational plans ensuring that adequate funding provision is made for all Department activities.
u2022 Monitor expenditure against approved Department budget on a regular basis investigate, highlight and
reconcile any significant variances to ensure effective performance and cost control.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
u2022 Develop and implement appropriate Department policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures
and internal controls, Company guidelines in order to support execution of the Divisionu2019s work programs
in line with Company and International standards.
Performance Management
u2022 Contribute to the development of the Divisionu2019s KPIu2019s and ensure proper cascade of the Performance
objectives within the Department and establish monitoring mechanisms to ensure delivery of these
objectives and promote a performance driven culture.
u2022 Manage the implementation of the Company Performance Management System for individuals within
the Department in accordance with Company approved guidelines.
People Development
u2022 Develop knowledge, competencies and innovative spirit in the Department and support the
establishment of Personal Development Plans (PDPu2019s), Succession Planning and Talent pipeline within
the Department in coordination with the Human Capital to continuously develop employees with
emphasis on UAE Nationals to meet Emiratization targets.
Organisation Structure and Development
u2022 Review, develop and recommend the appropriate organisation structure for the Department that will
best utilise human capital while proactively incorporating sustainability into the on-going work practices
to meet the business objectives.
Risk Management
u2022 Contribute and support establishment of a Corporate Integrated Risk Management System within the
Department, while identifying and assessing relevant domain risks and implement measures to manage
and mitigate all identified risks within the Department.
u2022 Communicate corporate business ethics and Companyu2019s Code of Conduct to employees within the
Department and ensure compliance to the Corporate Policies and guidelines.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
u2022 Promote an organisation culture that encourages innovation, enhances employee motivation and
supports initiatives for implementation of Change Management to continuously improve the Department
operations and services.
u2022 Recommend improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency
in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the Department.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
u2022 Support the institution of an HSE culture and ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures
& controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines across the Division in line with
international standards, best practices and Corporate Code of Practices and to ensure integrity and
safety of assets.
Management Information Systems (MIS) and Reports
u2022 Ensure that all Department MIS and progress reports are prepared to provide accurate and timely
reports and necessary information to Company Management to effectively manage the business.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
u2022 3 yearsu2019 experience in a coordination role within the oilfield services industry, with a focus on hydraulic
fracturing or pressure pumping operations preferred.
u2022 Excellent Computer skills, in MS Office package plus ERP software such as SAP.
u2022 Proficiency in spoken & written English Language.
