To ensure that design intent, quantities, and specifications are fully complied with during project execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and material & labor budgets based on approved designs and drawings.
Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements for various project scopes.
Request and follow up on quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for all required materials and services.
Coordinate with and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Prepare comparison statements to evaluate and recommend the most suitable supplier or contractor.
Prepare and maintain cost reports, ensuring cost control and budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in monitoring project progress to ensure works are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
