About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Agent to join the resort's Specialist Private Access team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Develop and manage targeted partner promotions aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate promotional strategies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and system readiness.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on promotional performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Validate promotional offers to ensure they meet deadlines, requirements, and approvals.
- Prepare, review, and manage partner contracts in line with company and legal standards.
- Oversee contract execution, amendments, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support travel industry partners through effective relationship and account management.
- Coordinate and support familiarization tours and partner events to enhance engagement.
- Manage communication between sales teams and partners to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Analyze sales and operational data to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate logistics and administrative processes to support sales initiatives.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and additional tasks as required to support department goals.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required in Business or Hospitality Management
- Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales
- Proficiency with MS Office and hotel operating systems
- Requires strong communication and organizational skills
