About the Role
We're looking for a Copywriter to help turn existing ideas, long-form content, and raw inputs into clear, engaging, and credible written assets across blogs, newsletters, and short-form formats.
This role is highly collaborative and works closely with the CEOto translate thoughts, voice notes, outlines, and existing content into structured, high-quality pieces that educate, inform, and build trust with readers.
This is a role for someone who enjoys simplifying complex ideas, maintaining a consistent voice, and moving quickly from raw input to polished output.
What You'll Do
- Repurpose existing content (CEO notes, outlines, long-form pieces, past blogs, newsletters, transcripts) into new written formats
- Turn raw inputs into structured blog posts, explainers, guides, and newsletter content
- Adapt content across formats while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and tone
- Work closely with the CEO to capture voice, intent, and key messages
- Light research and fact-checking to support and strengthen repurposed content
- Edit, refine, and improve clarity, flow, and structure of drafts
- Manage multiple content pieces at different stages of review and revision
- Track assignments, deadlines, and feedback in project management tools
What We're Looking For
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Comfortable working directly with founders or senior stakeholders
- Strong sense of structure, tone, and editorial consistency
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple drafts in parallel
- Detail-oriented with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and polish
