About the Role
Dwelleo is seeking a creative Arabic & English Copywriter with strong knowledge of Saudi dialect to develop compelling marketing content for an AI-powered real estate marketplace.
The Copywriter will craft engaging messaging tailored to Saudi audiences, helping increase brand awareness, platform engagement, and lead generation. This role requires the ability to produce high-quality content in Arabic (Saudi tone) and English, while effectively communicating Dwelleo's platform features and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Content Creation
- Write social media captions, advertising copy, and campaign messaging in Arabic and English.
- Develop landing page content and marketing materials.
- Write property descriptions and promotional listing content.
- Produce email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Brand Messaging
- Adapt messaging to Saudi culture, tone, and audience communication style.
- Ensure all content aligns with Dwelleo's tone of voice and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers and motion graphics specialists to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
SEO & Platform Content
- Write SEO-optimized blog articles and website content related to real estate and property search.
- Create content explaining Dwelleo's AI-powered platform features and digital tools.
- Support product marketing with feature announcements, updates, and educational content.
Product & Feature Communication
- Translate product features, platform tools, and AI capabilities into clear and engaging marketing content.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to communicate new platform features and updates.
Content Strategy Support
- Contribute to the content strategy and messaging framework for Dwelleo's marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency across website content, social media, marketing campaigns, and product messaging.
Market & Audience Insights
- Conduct research on Saudi real estate market trends, user behavior, and competitor messaging.
- Use insights to create high-impact content that resonates with buyers, renters, brokers, and developers.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Arabic Language, or a related field.
Experience
- 35 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing content.
- Experience writing digital marketing and advertising copy.
- Experience creating content for Saudi audiences or Saudi-based brands.
Preferred Background
Candidates with previous experience in PropTech, FinTech, AI-powered marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or technology startups will be strongly preferred.
