Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Account Specialist located in Cairo. The responsibilities include managing corporate client accounts, analyzing financial data, fostering client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service to meet clients travel and tourism needs. The role involves creating solutions tailored to clients specific requirements and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance for data evaluation and decision-making
• Proven Customer Service and Account Management expertise to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Ability to work proactively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred
