To assist ARM, RM, and SRM in managing a portfolio with coverage of PS customers, collect documents, helps RMs to get approvals and finalize transactions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Presenting Scoring, call reports, and BIR.
- Ensuring compliance and completion of documents in opening new accounts, submitting new cases to risk team, and renewing facilities.
- Helping RMs and ARMs to close and prepare clients files and missing document.
- Obtaining any approvals required following to close up.
- Monitoring and following the approval process (starting from the approved CA the delivering the contracts to the clients and signing them till booking)
- Handling all customers requests, and coordinates between business and all support units.
- Monitoring and controlling the account and facilities.
- Frequently calling customers to enhance utilization.
- Handle customer's routine inquiries regarding the Bank's standard tariff, deposit interest rates and general exchange rate information.
- Handling daily account transaction and all operations
- Ensure that there are no suspicious transactions, no breaches, excesses, or past dues.
- Assisting the team in attracting new customers to increase the team's portfolio.
- Follow up with all departments to close all gaps and finalizing any pending issues for clientmanner.
- And any other assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Experience:
Fresh Graduate till 2 years of experience is required.
