Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Corporate Business Development Specialist specializing in the education field. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of Guide Academy's footprint in the corporate and education sectors. Daily responsibilities include conducting market analyses, developing strategic plans, identifying partnerships, driving sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy:Identify and research target corporate clients and industries with training needs. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:Proactively generate new leads through various channels including networking, cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), industry events, and referrals.
Sales Cycle Management:Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Client Needs Assessment:Conduct thorough needs analyses with potential clients to understand their training requirements, pain points, and business objectives.
Solution Presentation:Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value and benefits of our training solutions, tailored to specific client needs.
Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
Contract Negotiation:Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close profitable deals.
Collaboration:Work closely with the training delivery team, marketing, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful program implementation.
Reporting & Forecasting:Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, prepare regular sales forecasts, and report on individual performance against targets.
Industry Expertise:Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new developments in corporate training.
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in corporate business development or B2B sales, preferably within the training, education, or professional services industry.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and open new accounts.
Strong understanding of the corporate training landscape and client needs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with senior-level executives.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
Experience with Sales Techniques.
Familiarity with various training methodologies and learning technologies.
