Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead and manage the organization's internal and external communications, ensuring a consistent, credible, and impactful corporate narrative. The role plays a critical part in protecting and enhancing reputation, supporting strategic initiatives, and strengthening stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute corporate communications strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage internal and external communication channels, including press releases, speeches, reports, digital platforms, and social media.
  • Oversee media relations, public relations, and crisis communications.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and brand guidelines across all communications.
  • Support leadership communications, including executive messaging, talking points, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and government entities on communications initiatives.
  • Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve outreach and engagement.
  • Manage communications agencies and service providers, where applicable.

Core Requirements

  • 812+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications.
  • Proven experience working in government or semi-government organizations is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to craft strategic narratives and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing media relations and reputation management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-visibility and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications in communications or public relations are an advantage.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership communications is a strong plus.

Languages

  • English: Fluent (written and spoken)
  • Arabic: Professional proficiency preferred
