Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead and manage the organization's internal and external communications, ensuring a consistent, credible, and impactful corporate narrative. The role plays a critical part in protecting and enhancing reputation, supporting strategic initiatives, and strengthening stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate communications strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage internal and external communication channels, including press releases, speeches, reports, digital platforms, and social media.
- Oversee media relations, public relations, and crisis communications.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and brand guidelines across all communications.
- Support leadership communications, including executive messaging, talking points, and presentations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and government entities on communications initiatives.
- Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve outreach and engagement.
- Manage communications agencies and service providers, where applicable.
Core Requirements
- 812+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications.
- Proven experience working in government or semi-government organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to craft strategic narratives and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing media relations and reputation management.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-visibility and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
- Professional certifications in communications or public relations are an advantage.
- Experience supporting executive leadership communications is a strong plus.
