Corporate Flight Attendant (Private Jet)
Location: Dubai, UAE (with extensive international travel)

Engagement Type: Full-time, exclusive assignment
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and service‑driven Corporate Flight Attendant to support a Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) businessman based in Dubai. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong cultural awareness, and the ability to deliver highly personalised service across global travel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless, safe, and refined onboard experience while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
In‑Flight & Cabin Services
- Deliver five‑star onboard service tailored to the Principal's preferences
- Prepare and serve premium food, beverages, and amenities to luxury standards
- Maintain immaculate cabin presentation before, during, and after flights
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety procedures and emergency protocols
Pre‑Flight & Post‑Flight Responsibilities
- Cabin provisioning, catering coordination, and stock management
- Liaise with flight crew, operators, handlers, and ground services globally
- Conduct pre‑flight safety and equipment checks
- Manage deep cleaning, linen rotation, and inventory reporting
Principal Support & Confidentiality
- Anticipate the Principal's needs and act with absolute discretion
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Principal's identity, travel, and business affairs
- Adapt service style for business, family, or VIP guest flights
- Support irregular schedules and last‑minute travel changes with flexibility
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Corporate/Private Jet Flight Attendant
- Proven experience serving UHNWI or VIP principals
- Strong knowledge of private aviation service standards and safety protocols
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, calm demeanour, and polished presentation
- Physically fit and medically cleared for flight duties
Visa & Travel Requirements (Strong Preference)
Candidates with existing valid visas for the following countries will be strongly preferred:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- China
(This is to enable seamless short‑notice international travel with the Principal.)
