About the RoleAbraj Stay is seeking a highly skilled Corporate & Government Sales Executive to develop and expand partnerships with private-sector companies and government entities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting tailored travel solutions, securing contracts, increasing revenue, and building strategic long-term relationships with key clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and acquire new corporate and government clients.
Prepare and present professional commercial proposals for companies, ministries, and public-sector organizations.
Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, negotiations, closing deals, and activating agreements.
Promote and sell corporate hotel bookings, customized travel packages, and business travel solutions.
Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure accurate, high-quality service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and market trends.
Represent the company in meetings, events, and exhibitions professionally.
Monitor competitors and recommend stronger offers or strategies to attract and retain corporate clients.
QualificationsMinimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in corporate or government sales.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic; English is a strong advantage.
Ability to prepare professional business proposals and presentations.
Knowledge of hotel bookings or travel solutions is a plus.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level clients.
Existing connections or networks in the corporate sector are a strong advantage.
