Job Title: Bilingual Corporate Lawyer (ArabicEnglish)

A global law firm is seeking an experienced Bilingual Corporate Lawyer to join its growing corporate and commercial practice. The successful candidate will work closely with regional and international clients on complex cross-border transactions and advisory matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in the UAE
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and commercial arrangements
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and company formations
- Liaising with government authorities, regulators, and free zones
- Providing legal advice in both Arabic and English
- Supporting clients with ongoing corporate compliance and governance
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with a recognized law degree
- 2+ years post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in the UAE or wider Middle East is strongly preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
