Corporate Lawyer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer with 4-5 years of experience to provide legal guidance and support across all business operations within our trading company. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and supporting the company's commercial activities, particularly within the trading and commodities sector.

Salary- AED 5K

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support across corporate and commercial matters
• Ensure full compliance with applicable local and international laws
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents
• Manage and maintain corporate records and legal documentation
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks
• Support business operations related to trading and commodities
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law
• Strong knowledge of trading and commodities legal frameworks
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters
