Corporate Lawyer — Dubai (Full-time, On-site)

This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Lawyer role based in Dubai. The role involves advising clients on regulatory compliance and TMT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
• At least five years experience.
• Strong corporate and commercial law skills.
• Experience in regulatory and compliance work, including TMT, data privacy, licensing, and sector-specific regulations.
• Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; strong Arabic language skills are beneficial but not required.

Preferable Candidates:

• Valid residence in UAE.
• Prior experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Prior Experience in dealing with regulators in UAE.
• E-commerce regulatory experience — including product safety and recalls, pricing and promotions, consumer protection law enforcement.
