Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer with strong exposure to Saudi legal practice. The candidate will provide legal support on corporate and commercial matters, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
• Support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous professional experience working in Saudi Arabia.
• Full knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations.
• Arabic language proficiency: 10/10 (written and spoken).
• On-site work at the Egypt branch.
