The main purposes of the job are as follows:

  • RM is responsible for expanding the bank various business lines (Exiting clients/ Marketing new names) with an aim to maximize the revenues (as well as return on capital) for the bank, all the time ensure that the quality of portfolio is well monitored so as to minimize the taking of provisions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Business origination (through development of either existing relationships or prospects) to achieve budgets.
  • Cross-selling of all the various business lines of CAE or the CA Group (Payroll, Corp. Credit Card, Private Banking, Online, referral)
  • Prepare Credit proposals jointly with Financial Analysis Team (AFL, Renewals, memos)
  • Maintain an active calling program with all calls being recorded in the CRM.
  • Ensure that KYC's are properly maintained at all times.
  • Ensure timely submission of annual reviews.
  • Account Management in terms of Marketing, Risk management, Cross selling, client requests.
  • Early identification and reporting of potential problematic accounts.
  • If required, preparation of work out situation to be handled by the DAS unit.
  • Focal Point for any compliance issue.
  • At all times, maintain a good knowledge and understanding of CA's credit policy and procedures and CBE regulations.
  • Handle day to day operations (transfers, LGs, LCs, FIBDCs, account opening) in coordination with CFMO

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Corporate Banking experience
