Khazna was founded in 2012 and has grown rapidly into becoming the leading and trusted wholesale data center provider in the Middle East and North Africa region. With our business growing rapidly both in UAE and abroad, we are looking for a Corporate Project Manager. He/ shall support the Senior Director Corporate Program Management to deliver Khazna's strategic plans with strategic planning/delivery and improve the portfolio and project management processes and tools. The Project Manager shall also be responsible for the execution of key CPMO projects from concept to completion.
Some of the key accountabilities will be as follows:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Establishing strong and effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation to effectively support the successful planning, coordination and execution of complex, multi-faceted projects and programmes of work.
- Working closely with project/programme leads and sponsors to ensure interdependencies across all areas of Khazna's strategic plan are captured, coordinated and actioned accordingly Support project/programme leads with the creation and maintenance of project scope documents to ensure effective planning and define and manage risks, performance, roles, resources, communications, and quality.
Business Guidance, Processes and Tools:
- Responsible to ensure the effective implementation of key processes and tools to support project portfolio management across all project components (i.e., scope definition, analysis and planning, implementation, change management and deliverables)
- The post holder will be required to deliver comprehensive programme plans and progress reports to the SD-CPMO as per the agreed reporting schedule and on an ad hoc basis as needed. Inclusive of highlighting risks, issues or gaps against Khazna's Strategic Plan and developing options to mitigate or resolve the same.
- The post holder will, therefore, need to have strong stakeholder management, persuasion, and diplomacy skills to plot a way forward, particularly where there is more than one course of action or where opinions may differ.
Eligibility requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Relevant professional qualification or chartered status
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, including working as part of a Corporate PMO
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team both directly and virtually
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills required
- Experience in global projects and multi-cultural project teams
- Experience in business process changes and/or technology application development and implementation
