Job Description

We are looking for a highly resilient, proactive and intellectually curious Corporate Projects Coordinator to join our team.

This role sits at the intersection of corporate services, coordination and project support. You will work closely with senior team members on real, ongoing business processes across multiple entities, counterparties and jurisdictions. It is a hands-on, responsibility-heavy role for someone who enjoys making complex things work, coordinating people, pushing processes forward and keeping systems alive.

What You Will Do

Corporate services & entity management

  • Support a large portfolio of corporate entities across jurisdictions;
  • Maintain corporate documentation, invoices, resolutions, filings and records;
  • Coordinate payments for service providers (corporate secretaries, legal, accounting);
  • Track renewals, licenses, substance filings and non-financial reporting;
  • Ensure information integrity and availability for internal teams.

Process & system building

  • Consolidate and structure processes that were developed across multiple systems;
  • Build clear, repeatable workflows and keep them operational;
  • Act as a central coordination point between multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Corporate & transaction support

  • Coordinate multi-step corporate and transaction processes involving legal, finance, banking, trading, compliance and external counterparties;
  • Track execution of agreements, amendments, terminations and renewals;
  • Ensure proper coordination of signatures, payments, instructions and follow-ups;
  • Monitor transaction flows (banking and securities), identify blockers and proactively resolve them.

Administrative & ad-hoc tasks

  • Handle time-sensitive, non-standard requests that require judgment, coordination and follow-through;
  • Support senior team members by taking ownership of execution-heavy tasks.

Who We Are Looking For

You are someone who:

  • Has 25 years of relevant experience in corporate services, legal support, family office, banking (non-sales), compliance, or project coordination;
  • Is comfortable working with many parallel tasks, people and moving parts;
  • Understands how financial markets work (transactions, custody, instructions, counterparties);
  • Has initiative, curiosity and the ability to push things forward without constant supervision;
  • Is communicative, persistent and respectful you can remind, follow up and escalate without creating conflict.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field;
  • Excellent English (working language of the role);
  • Ability and willingness to work full-time from the Abu Dhabi office;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proactive mindset and ownership attitude.
