What you will need:
- You come from a client-facing background such as professional services, hospitality, or aviation.
- Excellent English-speaking skills, this would ideally be your first language.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and can confidently support a high-caliber clientele.
- Capable of providing support across multiple departments, including events, HR, and back-office operations.
- Forward-thinking, mature, and proactive, with the ability to think on your feet when needed.
- Already based in Dubai and have the ability to go into the office 5 days week.
