Job Description

This role sits within a highly respected private investment firm in the DIFC. Working from their premium office, you'll be the front-of-house presence, ideal for someone who is mature, with strong corporate reception experience or a background in high-level customer service from hospitality or aviation. It suits someone seeking a stable role with regular business hours and not looking to pursue a corporate career path.

What you will need:

  • You come from a client-facing background such as professional services, hospitality, or aviation.
  • Excellent English-speaking skills, this would ideally be your first language.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and can confidently support a high-caliber clientele.
  • Capable of providing support across multiple departments, including events, HR, and back-office operations.
  • Forward-thinking, mature, and proactive, with the ability to think on your feet when needed.
  • Already based in Dubai and have the ability to go into the office 5 days week.
