The F&B Captain is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to service standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating service, addressing customer needs, and maintaining the smooth operation of the venue. The F&B Captain will serve as a key point of contact between management, team members, and customers to ensure quality and consistency in all areas of service delivery.

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service practices within a hospitality environment.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient team coordination.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
