We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Corporate Sales Director Key Account Management to lead the global sales strategy across our luxury hotels and resorts portfolio covering the GCC, Bodrum, and Asia markets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing a global commercial sales strategy focused on maximizing revenue, strengthening market share, and building long-term partnerships with key strategic accounts across luxury hospitality segments. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in consortia, travel agencies, tour operators, and high-value corporate/leisure accounts, along with strong international exposure and a proven record of driving multi-market performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the global commercial sales and key account strategy aligned brand objectives.
- Drive business from strategic accounts across GCC, Europe (Bodrum), and Asia markets.
- Manage and grow relationships with luxury consortia, travel agencies, tour operators, and global partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across luxury travel segments.
- Selecting, supervising and incentivizing GSO/GSA sales plans.
- Lead global account management practices and negotiate high-value commercial agreements
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to increase brand presence and market share
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to on-property sales teams to ensure consistent execution of KAM strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize performance and distribution
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Represent the company at key trade shows, roadshows, and industry events globally
- Deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives
- Negotiate preferred partnership agreements, ensuring optimal commercial terms and compliance.
- Partner closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, inventory, and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing team to activate global sales initiatives ad co-branded campaigns.
- Maintain industry intelligence and foster strong networks in the luxury travel sector.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor or master's degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 8+ years of proven sales experience in the luxury hospitality industry, with regional or global coverage is a must.
- Strong background in global/key account management and strategic sales leadership
- Deep understanding of the global luxury hotel market dynamics with a network in luxury travel & hospitality
- Established network within luxury consortia, travel agencies, and tour operators
- Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and relationship management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional or multi-property sales teams
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned markets
- Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable
