AbouttheRole

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for delivering revenue growth through direct personal sales and effective leadership of a sales team, across premium residential, hospitality, and corporate furnishing projects. The role combines strategic business development, key account management, and end-to-end project sales delivery, while ensuring the sales team operates to the highest commercial and service standards.

RoleDetails

Sales, Business Development & Revenue Delivery

  • Drive sales growth across B2C and B2B channels, including Hotels and hospitality developments, Residential projects (villas, apartments), FF&E and turnkey furnishing projects, serviced and self-catering apartments, Corporate staff accommodation etc
  • Manage and close key strategic accounts, from initial enquiry through to delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive networking, referrals, and market engagement.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in line with client requirements and company margins.
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and contractual terms to successfully close deals while protecting profitability.

Team Leadership, Coaching & Performance

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Set clear KPIs, revenue targets, and activity expectations aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain active involvement in the team's pipeline, providing guidance on deal strategy, pricing, and closing.
  • Accompany Sales Consultants on key client meetings and support negotiations where required.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecasting meetings, and performance check-ins.
  • Ensure consistent application of sales processes, pricing approvals, and brand standards across the team.
  • Identify training, development, and capability gaps and support ongoing improvement.

Client, Account & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients such as developers, hotel operators, airlines, corporate housing providers, interior designers, architects, and private clients.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex client issues, variations, or commercial discussions.
  • Ensure a premium, end-to-end client experience across all projects managed personally and by the team.

Project Sales Oversight & Coordination

  • Oversee sales-led projects from order confirmation through delivery and final handover.
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, logistics, operations and finance) to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, specifications, and variations to minimize risk and maximize additional sales opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate handover of all project details from sales to delivery teams.

Market Awareness & Brand Representation

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within furnishings, FF&E, and hospitality sectors.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and networking functions.
  • Ensure the brand is consistently positioned as a premium, trusted partner through professional conduct and presentation.

Reporting, Forecasting & Governance

  • Maintain accurate personal and team sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Provide regular performance, revenue, and pipeline reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, approval processes, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience within home furnishing and/or interior design with a proven track record in an equivalent role covering both B2B & B2C sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen with sound understanding of margins, pricing, and project profitability.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to personally close high-value deals while managing and developing a sales team.
  • Experience working closely with interior designers, consultants, and procurement teams.
  • Commercially driven and results-focused
  • Confident leader with a hands-on management style
  • Highly organised with strong project and time management skills
  • Client-centric with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
