We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Corporate Sales Manager (B2B) to drive business growth and expand our corporate client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets while strengthening our brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Requirements Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field. 610 years of experience in B2B Retail (Distributorship) or corporate sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
