Job Objective
Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving corporate sales, managing key client relationships, and leading the corporate sales team to achieve revenue targets. The role focuses on selling real estate products such as commercial spaces, residential projects, land parcels, or investment properties to corporate clients, institutional investors, and high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Identify, acquire, and manage corporate clients, institutional investors, and key accounts
- Generate new business through networking, partnerships, and market outreach
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures with corporate clients
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and channel partners
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Lead, train, and motivate the corporate sales team
- Set targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams to support sales efforts
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS for senior management
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 710 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience dealing with corporate clients or institutional investors is preferred.
