About the Role
The Creekside Hotel is looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager Corporate to lead corporate sales acquisition and revenue growth. This role is essential in expanding our market presence, securing new corporate accounts, and strengthening relationships with key partners to maximize room and event revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow corporate room nights and revenue.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate accounts within local and international markets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and contracts that align with hotel strategy.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term, value-driven relationships with decision-makers and travel managers.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and client meetings to maintain engagement.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to strengthen brand visibility.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and corporate travel patterns.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Director of Sales for pricing and strategy decisions.
- Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and market reports.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, and Events teams to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients.
- Collaborate on promotional activities, packages, and campaigns targeting the corporate segment.
- Ensure that all contracted accounts receive consistent and high-quality service.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai corporate market and key feeder segments.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing corporate accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM/S&C systems (Opera, Delphi, etc.).
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
