We are seeking a highly motivatedMandarin-speaking Corporate Service Consultantto support Chinese-speaking clients with corporate services, compliance, and business advisory needs. The role involves acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of corporate solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance and excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact forMandarin-speaking clients, providing professional corporate service support
- Assist clients withcompany incorporation, corporate secretarial services, regulatory filings, and compliance matters
- Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to ensure timely execution of corporate services
- Prepare, review, and manage corporate documents, resolutions, and statutory filings
- Advise clients on corporate governance, statutory requirements, and ongoing compliance obligations
- Monitor deadlines and ensure accurate and timely submissions to regulatory bodies
- Support client onboarding, KYC, and due diligence processes
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Handle client inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues efficiently
- Participate in business development activities and client meetings as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Prior experience incorporate services, consulting, professional services, or compliancepreferred
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
