Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions for certification courses such as:
  • PECB ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 9001
  • ISO Standards Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, PenTest+
  • EC-Council CEH, CHFI, ECSA, CCISO
  • TV SD Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, ISO Standards, Quality Management
  • Prepare professional course materials, presentations, labs, assessments, and hands-on activities.
  • Conduct pre-assessment and post-assessment for trainees.
  • Customize training content based on learner level, domain, and audience needs.
  • Provide mentoring, Q&A support, and exam preparation guidance for trainees.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with latest certification guidelines, exam technologies, threat landscape, and global standards.
  • Ensure training delivery meets Koenig's internal quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain all training documentation including attendance, feedback, evaluation reports, and completion records.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, audit, or training
  • Experience across any country/region is acceptable (global delivery role)
  • Strong knowledge of ISMS, Risk Management, Security Compliance, and Data Privacy.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in corporate training, consulting, or awareness campaigns preferred.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Comfortable for rotational shifts and travelling(Travelling not a Mandate).
  • Languages Know Arabic and English or French
