Role Description

Cozmo Travel is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant for a full-time, on-site position located in Heliopolis. The role involves managing business travel reservations, coordinating travel plans, assisting clients with itinerary design, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for corporate clients. The consultant will handle customer inquiries, provide travel recommendations, and process bookings, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Proficient in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with corporate clients
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for streamlined travel planning
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and industry-standard tools
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
