Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Corporate Venture Building (Lead). The selected candidate will lead venture ideation, validation, and commercialization from A-Z with the ability to execute & manage respective teams.

Prerequisites

• Background in management consulting for 2-3 years in Tier 1 & 2 companies
• Passion for startups with 6+ years experience in building 3-4 ventures from start to commercialization
• Flexibility in working environments with desire and discipline to monitor self-growth

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Customer Service experience in managing client relationships, addressing needs, and ensuring satisfaction
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to lead innovation initiatives
• Experience in venture building or corporate innovation is highly desirable
