Cost Accountant (2–3+ Years of Experience)
A Cost Accountant is needed to oversee and analyze cost structures within a manufacturing environment.
Location: 10th of Ramadan City. The role focuses on cost control, budgeting, and providing accurate financial insights to support production efficiency and decision-making. Candidates residing in or near
10th of Ramadan City will be considered a strong plus due to the nature of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze cost reports for materials, labor, and overhead.
- Monitor production costs and identify variances.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
- Perform cost estimation and profitability analysis for products.
- Maintain accurate cost records and ensure proper allocation of expenses.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams to validate data.
- Recommend cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a factory or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost cycles and inventory valuation.
- Proficiency in cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Residency in or near 10th of Ramadan City is a must.
