Responsibilities and duties:
- Provide planning and cost-controlling support for all projects.
- Perform tasks required to develop and maintain budgets for a project.
- Control and monitor project total expenditure.
- Review cost estimates and make recommendations for future budgets or procurement strategies.
- Manage project accounting databases to ensure timely security and control.
- Prepare monthly project forecasts based on extensive knowledge of ongoing project activities.
- Perform project costing-related reporting to the team and managements review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
- Support accounts receivable as required during the billing processing. Monitor billing status and unbilled issues.
- Maintain the company's interests and objectives when dealing with third parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Years of Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience working in cost control & planning.
- MS project or Primavera software is preferred
