Client is looking for Cost Controller

Industry: Petrochemicals

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
• Track expenditures and analyze variances against approved budgets.
• Support monthly progress reporting and client cost reviews.
• Review commitments, invoices, and change management impacts.
• Ensure compliance with project cost control standards and financial guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in cost control for large EPC/PMC projects.
• Strong understanding of cost systems, forecasting methods, and financial reporting.
• Experience in petrochemical, refinery, or oil & gas projects.
• Previous KSA or GCC project experience preferred.
