The Cost Control Manager is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project costs to ensure construction projects are delivered within approved budgets. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial performance analysis while supporting project and commercial teams in maintaining profitability and minimizing financial risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management.
• 15+ years of experience in construction cost control.
• Strong experience in large-scale civil/building projects.
• Proficiency in cost control systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• GCC/KSA experience preferred.
