Develop, maintain, and control project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow for MEP contracting projects across multiple work packages.
Monitor project costs against approved budgets, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions in coordination with project and commercial teams.
Prepare and manage project schedules, progress measurement, and earned value analysis to ensure alignment with cost and time objectives.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier costs, assess change orders and variations, and support claims preparation and negotiations.
Produce accurate and timely cost reports, dashboards, and management summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, planning, and site teams to ensure cost-effective execution and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
8 years of experience in cost control and project control roles within MEP contracting or related construction environments.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, progress tracking, and variance analysis for large-scale MEP projects.
Proficiency in project controls tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and cost management systems.
Solid understanding of contracts, change management, claims, and commercial processes in construction projects.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
