Job Description:

• Analyze Engineering Plans, Specifications, Blueprints / Drawings and BOMs to determine materials, Labor, Equipment and overhead costs.
• Work closely with Design / Marketing / Sourcing / Quality team to understand the requirements of the component
• Capable enough to make Zero-based costing based on the BOM / available data.
• Should have good knowledge on Part Costing and Tool Costing
• Should have good knowledge on Raw Material Cost movements
• Develop and maintain cost databases, cost breakdown structures and pricing models
• Monitor Actual expenditure vs forecasted budgets, identify variances and recommend corrective measures.
• Evaluate supplier quotes and contribute to procurement from a cost standpoint.
• Generate Periodic cost performance reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Support Change Management by estimating cost impacts of revisions and variations
