Cost Estimator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Estimator based in Umm Al Quwain. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and related project documents. The individual will work closely with project managers and other teams to develop budgeting plans, cost controls, and project estimations. Additional responsibilities include performing cost analysis, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and preparing detailed reports to support decision-making processes.

• Proficiency in Cost Management and Cost Control to ensure optimized project expenditures
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide accurate cost estimations
• Expertise in Project Estimation and Budgeting processes to manage financial resources effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to perform detailed financial analysis
• Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost estimation and budgeting
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in cost estimation or a related role is highly desirable
