Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Overhead Aggregation and Allocation
- Close and aggregate monthly labor costs, general expenses, and selling/administrative expenses.
- Transfer assets under construction to fixed assets on a monthly basis and calculate depreciation expenses.
- Calculate royalty expenses based on production volume, perform the necessary accounting entries, and reflect them in cost of goods sold.
- Allocate incurred manufacturing overhead costs to the products manufactured.
Product Cost Calculation and Reporting
- Allocate incurred costs to produced items and calculate product unit costs.
- Analyze monthly cost calculation results and prepare cost reports.
- Perform the required accounting entries in accordance with the cost closing process.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience, with strong knowledge of accounting and cost.
- Prior Big Four audit or advisory experience preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, CANIAS, Oracle, etc.), and advanced Excel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional qualifications (SOCPA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
