Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Manager located in Dubai, UAE. The Cost Manager will oversee cost planning, estimation, and financial control for various construction and real estate projects. Responsibilities include preparing cost plans, managing budgets, evaluating project risks, preparing project reports, and ensuring cost efficiency. The role also involves collaboration with project teams, liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budget analysis
• Proficiency in construction project management and financial control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for engaging with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in cost management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., RICS) are highly desirable
• Proven track record working in international or large-scale construction projects is a plus
