Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
  • Professional certificate CMA are beneficial.

Experience


  • 810+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience.
  • Prior experience in automotive, industrial, or high-volume manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Experience with standard costing, BOM analysis, labor and overhead allocation, cost roll-ups, and production variance analysis.
  • Strong background with ERP/MRP SAP system.
  • Experience managing or supervising a cost accounting team.

Technical Skills


  • Strong knowledge of standard cost development and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in BOMs, routings, and manufacturing process flows.
  • Ability to perform cost roll-ups and cost modeling.
  • Skilled in material, labor, and overhead rate analysis.
  • Expertise in margin analysis and profitability reporting.
  • Strong understanding of inventory valuation and cost adjustments.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling abilities.

Core Responsibilities


  • Develop, maintain, and review standard costs for all manufactured products.
