Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager (Commercial) to join our Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to double revenue each year over a five-year period while managing the full Profit and Loss for Saudi Arabia.

You will join a high-performing regional team focused on aggressive growth and digital transformation, acting as the primary link between the local Saudi Arabia organization and our global leadership.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Execute the 5 over 5 growth plan by developing a five-year business strategy and pricing model to aggressively increase Revenue and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Lead and coach the commercial team while collaborating closely with cross-functional Operations and Global Industry teams to enhance customer retention and sustain profitability.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee statutory responsibilities for the country, ensuring absolute compliance with all local labor laws, financial standards, and health and safety regulations.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Senior Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in a senior commercial leadership role within a high-growth technology business, specifically managing complex business planning and strategy development.
  • Regional Market Expertise: A deep understanding of the Saudi Arabia business and legislative environment, including a strong network of contacts with the government and prior involvement in Public Investment Fund projects.
  • Proven Commercial Acumen: A demonstrated track record of driving significant sales pipeline growth, solving complex business problems, and successfully executing Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Inspirational Leadership: Proven ability to build an inclusive culture, develop top talent, and lead by influence across a complex matrix organization.
