This is a full-time on-site Courier role based in Jeddah. The Courier will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages in a timely and secure manner while maintaining excellent customer service. Key tasks include managing transportation logistics, adhering to delivery schedules, and ensuring proper handling of all items. Additional duties may include maintaining delivery records, coordinating with clients, and following company protocols to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Receive parcels and ensure their contents are correct according to company guidelines
- Plan and track delivery routes to ensure on time arrival
- Deal with customers professionally and provide quick solutions when delivery obstacles occur
- Manage shipping documents and update tracking systems by entering information accurately
- Communicate with the support team and management to report any problems or potential delays
- Follow safety policies and safe driving practices during work and exercise caution during delivery
- Participate in process improvement and provide constructive feedback to enhance efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in parcel delivery
- Proficiency in Arabic reading and writing
- Valid driving license
- Valid residency
- Ability to work in shifts and full time with strong commitment to punctuality
