Creatio Technical Lead / Solution Architect
We're working with a leading organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, looking to bring in a Creatio Technical Lead to drive solution design and delivery across their CRM and workflow automation landscape. This is a key role where you'll take ownership of architecture, development, and platform best practices while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end solution design, development, and customization on the Creatio platform
- Define and own the technical architecture, ensuring best practices and coding standards
- Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Oversee system integrations and ensure seamless data flow across platforms
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security compliance across the platform
- Support deployments, troubleshooting, and environment management
What we're looking for:
- 9+ years of experience in CRM / low-code platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with the Creatio platform
- Proven experience in technical leadership or architecture roles
- Solid understanding of system integrations and data architecture
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
