Role Overview
We are seeking a Creative Content Creator with strong Art Direction sense
someone who doesn't just post content, but builds a world. You will be the visual eye of the brand:
leading photoshoots, creating captivating campaigns, and ensuring every visual asset
communicates the sophistication and identity of Just For Women.
This role combines creative strategy + content execution + art direction perfect for someone who
understands fashion, photography, lighting, storytelling, and digital aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Brand Vision:
- Develop visual mood boards and creative briefs for each collection or campaign.
- Translate the brand's identity into consistent visual storytelling (lighting, styling, tone, and
atmosphere).
- Benchmark against premium fashion brands and elevate Just For Women's aesthetic.
- Direct photoshoots
- guide models, oversee photographer, ensure composition and lighting reflect a premium mood.
Content Creation & Execution
- Plan, shoot (or co-shoot), and edit high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, website, and ads.
- Create a balanced content calendar
- Combining campaign visuals, lifestyle shots, reels, and brand storytelling.
- Ensure all visuals follow the same color palette, tone, and brand harmony.
Photoshoot & Production Management
- Prepare shoot concepts, coordinate models, stylists, and Locations.
- Oversee post-production (editing, retouching, grading) and maintain a cohesive visual Language.
- Produce both hero content (main campaigns) and day-to-day premium lifestyle visuals.
Digital Strategy & Storytelling
- Collaborate with management to align creative output with marketing objectives.
- Suggest fresh visual ideas that elevate engagement and conversion.
- Study analytics to understand what resonates visually with the audience.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a
related field.
- Proven ability to create compelling and original content for digital platforms.(preferably)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Working Hrs: 10AM - 4:30 PM (Flexibility in shoots and events)
Working Days: Sunday- Thursday (Flexibility in shoots and events)
Salary: 20K-30K
